“We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.” George Bernard Shaw
PLAY
1) Make time to play…really play.
2) Make a list of things that you loved to do as a child. Can you do some of those things now? Can you somehow make them into acceptable adult pastimes?
Do it and enjoy!
Allow the child within!

Helpful Hints...
Be open and trusting. Allowing for anything to flow through you. Know that often what comes through is not what you expect, but still perfect in that given moment.
Computer Use: Computers use is OK with caution, especially when we are beginning this journey. It is a good idea to get used to your own energy first, (pen and paper) to ensure that its flow is not disrupted by the energy (and entertaining quality) of the computer.
