Are you looking for balance and equilibrium? Try allowing more Joy into your life. Here are some suggestions.
1) Keep a Joy Journal. Don’t make this difficult. Remember, it is supposed to be Joyful. Every night before bed, write down 2 or 3 things that gave you Joy on that day. Keep it as simple and as easy as you wish and have time for. If there are repeats day to day, that’s OK. Read and review at the end of June (after a few weeks). Continue if you want to. Whenever you feel overwhelmed with negative emotions, read your Joy Journal!
2) Write a recipe for Joy Jelly. Include ingredients and instructions for making this. Ingredients do not have to be food. Let your imagination run wild and your intuition flow. When the world seems dark, read your recipe to ease the hunger for light. Add to or rewrite your recipe often. Please feel free to share your recipe with me. I want a Joy Jelly Cookbook!
3) Allow time to nurture your spirit and open your intuition. Book a private Intuitive Development or Intuitive Writing session. These sessions are unique and individual, fine-tuned to serve your needs and to assist you on your path. The use of writing/creativity and many other metaphysical tools assists intuitive development. Trusting and using intuition allows writing/creativity to flow. And there is always Joy in this process.
Be open and trusting. Allowing for anything to flow through you. Know that often what comes through is not what you expect, but still perfect in that given moment.
Computer Use: Computers use is OK with caution, especially when we are beginning this journey. It is a good idea to get used to your own energy first, (pen and paper) to ensure that its flow is not disrupted by the energy (and entertaining quality) of the computer.
