Helpful Hints...
Be open and trusting. Allowing for anything to flow through you. Know that often what comes through is not what you expect, but still perfect in that given moment.
Your communication center is in your throat area, which is the Fifth Chakra. The color associated with this area is blue. You can picture the energy of that area radiating through your shoulders, down your arms, into your hands and through your fingers. In this way you are communicating, expressing onto paper or any other medium what comes through. Let it flow!
Use your favorite pens, pencils, paints, books, paper, notebooks, sketchbooks etc. A fun trip to an office or art store may be in order!
Keep a pen/pencil and notebook close by. Buy several and put them by your bed, in your car, in the bathroom etc. so that you can quickly jot down/sketch when an idea pops in. That way the thought is saved if you care to elaborate later. I use coil books, lined or sketch. They are easy to use. Pages can be torn out and filed later in the order and place of your choice. They are also inexpensive, especially if you buy them during back to school sales. A digital recorder also works well to capture a thought. Please be careful while driving!!!!
Computer Use: Computers use is OK with caution, especially when we are beginning this journey. It is a good idea to get used to your own energy first, (pen and paper) to ensure that its flow is not disrupted by the energy (and entertaining quality) of the computer.
